Click & Collect
- We will contact you within 15 minutes (during business hours) to confirm products purchased are in stock and ready to be collected.
- If the product is not in stock, we will advise an estimated time of arrival. If you do not wish to continue with the order, we will offer you a full refund.
At A1 Autoparts Niddrie, our aim is to provide you, our Customer, with a delivery service that is Efficient and Value for Money.
Our Delivery Service includes (not limited to) the following.
- All orders are sent with Australia Post unless otherwise stated.
- All orders under 500 Grams are sent Express Post by default unless otherwise stated.
- All orders sent with Australia Post are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel system. This is fully Trackable and requires a signature on delivery.
- Australia Post’s eParcel service states that all item(s) are normally delivered within 2-5 Business days.
- If no one is at address at time of delivery, all item(s) will be taken to the appropriate Post Office for Pick Up by Customer.
- P.O. Boxes are accepted.
- Any Bulky/Heavy items are sent with TNT Express Couriers.
- All orders sent with TNT Express Couriers are fully Trackable and a Signature is required on delivery.
- All orders sent with TNT Express Couriers Require a “Day Time” Delivery address.
- Whilst we will try our best, A1 Autoparts Niddrie can not be responsible for any delayed shipments once they have left the store.
